Our History Il Sole Cucina began as a dream of Luis Mena, after having worked for one of the best restaurants in Orange County "Cucina Alessa" for a period of 10 years, later he went to work in Sol Agave where he meets Jesus Galvez and Edgar Estrada, Luis talked about his dream; they were motivated and interested about to open an upscale and authentic Italian restaurant. When they agree to be partners, Luis immediately didn't hesitate to call Chef Johnny Santos, that after having worked with him and always having the same mentality and with the support of Sol Agave's Family this adventure began bringing everything.
