Our Chef Johnny Hernandez graduated from the university in the degree of public accounting from Puebla Mexico. He immigrated to the United States in search of new opportunities and horizons and decided to form a new profession and destiny. It would lead to culinary art asking Chef Luis Gomez for an opportunity at the "Ruths Chris steak house restaurant"; working first in the City of Irving starting as Trainer and based on his skills and attitudes he quickly promoted to be pastry chef at ruth crhis in the city of Anaheim. He was part of the "Pomodoro Cucina restaurant" serving as a chef, where he met the delicious taste of Italian cuisine and was also lucky to meet "Chef Alessandro Pirozzi" which when the chef sees his performance, Alessandro invited him to work together to "Cucina Alessa" in the Newport Beach City, where as time went by he took the position of Chef and learned to cook the authentic flavor of Italian cuisine based on simplicity and above all the original seasoning and the passion of cooking with love specializing in fresh pasta. He worked alongside chef "Angelo Julian" in back restaurant where he took lessons and advice to continue learning more about this delicious Italian gastronomy based on his experience and love for cooking. Now he arrives to Rancho Santa Margarita in this new enthusiastic project with his friend and partner Luis Mena in partnership with the co - founders Edgar Estrada and Jessie Galvez from Sol Agave, forming the beginning of IL SOLE, La Nuova Cucina.
